Hey Sam! This was my 3rd visit to Team Mazda for its 2nd scheduled service of the 2025 CX 5. Why? Well, first trip there you were short on service staff and service technicians. I was sent home and had to reschedule. Fortunately, this reservation went without a hitch. That said, I had a 7:30AM appointment. One service staff member on that morning. I got my car antenna repaired with Team Mazada. Now my infotainment system does not work. Coupled with the fact that they left the trunk cover on the back seat. Which caused my car to be broken into. Service manager Mark flip flipped and replacing the window. Which left me without a car 12 days. Now I have to go to another mechanic to fix what Mazada did wrong. Save yourself the trouble of going there for repairs and they are 15% higher than other Mazada dealerships. They take no accountability for their actions nor work wit... read more
