They have excellent customer service! Gave me a ride home rather than making me walk back in the cold weather. Their prices are honest and fair and Tony (an owner) will provide you with maximum service.
Awesome place to get your car repaired! Have always been straightforward and honest and reasonably priced. My sister is visiting from out of state and had a problem with her truck, even though they were booked they fit her in to fix the problem and get her back on the road so she could get her and her kids back home safe.
My wife and kids were driving in Madison when she lost her brakes on our suburban, we towed it back to Rapids and dropped it off. Even with a full schedule they found time to fit it in right away! They had to replace all of the brake lines, and did a great job at good price! Thanks for your great service!
Very flexible, great customer service, honest, and straightforward. They do highest quality work at a very fair/reasonable price and never jerk the customer around or try to screw them. Personable team that does what's right and will go above and beyond to meet needs of customer!
I took my car in with ABS light on and a grinding noise from the front axle. My brake pads were worn and my rotors were rusted, and my front passenger wheel baring need to be replaced. They were able to work me into a tight schedule. Their pricing was good, especially for the work that they did.
All I can say is I have taken all my cars to Matthews over the past 20 years. They are always polite, professional, cost effective and accommodating. They are top notch and I will never go anywhere else for my oil changes, new tires, new bearings and mufflers. Thank you Team Matthews for all of your honest work!
