Tried purchasing a bike from them and offered to purchase the bike cash outright. Once I made it clear I wanted to do the tax title and registration myself in my home state. They were no longer interested in selling me the bike. Garbage customer service and a huge waste of time. If you are looking for a bike and a dealership you can depend on look elsewhere
Hydro a total of three hours spent $28,000 and influenced my family and friends to spend over $150,000 at this location only for Mancuso to get a new GM name Michael ******, which allows his techs to charge, whatever they want, regardless of honesty. They tried to charge me over $150 to program a key which I caught the tech in a lie. Book calls for 1/2 hr.
