UPDATE 12/2025 We engaged Lisa Lam and her team to prepare my parents’ home for sale. She did a fabulous job of finding homes for much of the 50 year accumlation of stuff and then clearing out the rest and cleaning the house making it listing-ready. This was an onerous task that at this stage of our lives we are, alas, no longer up to. Once that process was completed we listed the house with guidance on pricing, she arranged landscaping service and made the entire process completely seamless.
