UPDATE 12/2025 We engaged Lisa Lam and her team to prepare my parents’ home for sale. She did a fabulous job of finding homes for much of the 50 year accumlation of stuff and then clearing out the rest and cleaning the house making it listing-ready. This was an onerous task that at this stage of our lives we are, alas, no longer up to.
