Rude and mean – I called this person to try to get help. He was unable to help me and when I asked if he had any suggestions where I could find help he just hung up on me. Of course that was after I told him I already filed legal paperwork and apparently he only sells packages and requires you to start with him from the beginning. I just needed help filling out subpoenas. Anyhoo, he sure didn't have to be so rude. Glad I didn't hire him to begin with!
