Team Lassen is a terrible business. People should avoid renting a house they manage. We went to them and told them we wanted to buy a house. They assured us multiple times we would get a full refund of all deposits as long as we complied with their requests. Not only did we do everything they asked, they rented the house right away and didnt miss any rent. Also, the house was filthy when we moved in and we left it far better than we found it. Our home purchase with Anoma was quite possibly the most seamless and enjoyable home buying experience you could hope for. She is extremely responsive and listens with intent to the things that we were hoping to find in our new home. We were out looking within days of sending her our wish list. Team Lassen also handles rental properties as well as full realtor services. We attempted to setup a viewing for a house rental and found out they will NOT let you view any house unless you submit an application. Now this wouldn't be too unusual except you are required to pay a fee per adult per application JUST TO VIEW. You cannot see any property in person without handing them money first. We recently moved out of a property that was managed by ***************** and was surprised to see charge backs to our security deposit because of "weeds". We moved out in mid-April before things had even started to grow. During our entire tenancy, my husband diligently mowed, watered, and weeded the lawn regularly. He even repaired the front irrigation system at our own expense. The Office Manager presented photos of the "weeds" in the yard, but refuses to tell me when the photos were taken or by whom. Charlie was excellent! Our house sold quickly and with no hitches. He was straightforward and honest and explained the data he was using to both price our home and make decisions about the sale.
