He went out of his way to keep in contact with us without overwhelming us with calls. He made us feel like we can reach out any time. I am so appreciative of his service skills and his knowledge about cars and Kia. To top it all off he was awesome with our 4 year old son. Thank you Matt and thank you Kia. We love our NIRO hybrid.
