Team Kia in bend Oregon worked on my wife’s family car which we had for 11 years reliable car since we took it to him. They charge us $1600 to do some repairs on a heated seat interior light and some recalls and an oil change. We drive it 5 miles and the car blows up and then team kid doesn’t want to take any accountability for it. They told us we owed him another $400 for diagnostics if we want our car back I paid them their $400 and then I went to pick up my car and the car is in parts. The negative reviews aline all too well with the way they run this dealership. Typical slimy salesman style. So if you are wanting a car from here, I recommend not. They will have a listing price and then change it all while you are in talks and getting loan estimates.
