I had awesome service and communication for my warranty work. Wasn't pressured into a bunch of extras. The guys I talked to were a little rough around the edges, but the woman I spoke with that had an Australian? Accent was super helpful, funny and a pleasure to talk to. When I came to pick up my car the service guys were nice, and I got there right at 530 (I called ahead to let them know I was on my way) so I was able to get my car. ❤️
We were greeted right away. Gunner, Matthew, Mike, and Brice were so helpful in welcoming us in. The conversation with everyone felt natural and fun. I boast about Kia because it's well deserved. Tell Bailey hi for us!!!
Easy to schedule service online, care was completed when promised, and friendly staff.
My recent repair experience went well. I was given a free rental car and when my car was ready, they had washed it. I love that part!
