Great experience at Team Kia service. Everything was completed in under an hour, which was unheard of in the past. Trenton was polite and efficient. I was surprised and extremely happy with my appointment.Ā

My interactions with Zach were great!! I appreciated him listening to me and helping me get the car I needed, he even went out to fill it up and wash it himself to make sure I could make it to lunch with my brother!! I went in to buy a new Kia Sorento because we had such an amazing experience with our last 2 Kia Sorento. The brand has a reputation for value, it is amazing the quality you get for your money. We knew and expected that but we did not expect the level of service that we experienced. Of course there was a warm and inviting personality from the start but by asking allot of questions and listening they uncovered needs we didnāt even know we had. Thank you Team KiaĀ
