Updated review: Dropping star rating to 2-stars. The reason is I went in there a few months ago inquiring about purchasing a new Kia Carnival. Bailey helped us again. She’s great but I think this falls on the finance team rather than the sales team. They couldn’t help us. Brahm was great! Made the process very simple to get our new 2025 KIA Telluride. Finance department (Jack) also made it very easy and explained everything beautifully.
Brahm made the Sorento PHEV purchase experience seamless, transparent, and time efficient. He personally handled the scheduling of subsequent installations to the car. Hopefully the facility gets a good upgrade soon - this team deserves it!
