Kayla Martin did such an awesome job helping my family & I buy our first home! Her professionalism along with her ability to show us houses all over Skagit county was Great (even if we texted her at the last minute). During the buying process she was very knowledgeable & advocated for our needs. Overall she did a great job, we are VERY thankful she was our agent. We will definitely use her for our futures needs :)

Susan Garlock is an excellent advocate. She was responsive, on top of every step of the process, and happy to answer every dumb question we had. We purchased a home while working overseas and Susan went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed while navigating the time difference and our poor internet connection. I don't want to purchase another home ever again. But, if I had to, I would call Susan...
Gavin was the epitome of professional and really understood our needs when looking for our home. He was thorough and helped us weed through the “bad eggs” instead of pushing for the first opportunity that came along.
