Dishonest, distrustful, disrespectful and couldn’t follow simple instructions. Listed for 4 months with not a single solid offer, got one interest and instead of working on the buyer he chose to threaten his own client into selling instead. Finally extorted cash for termination of contract. Save your time, home value and money and look elsewhere. Unstable behaviour.
BEWARE: Lied to an older lady about signing documents that eventually lead to extra $20,000 in commissions towards the other realtor in order to close the deal. When confronted completely blew up over the phone called her cry baby and other names. Will be formally submitting a complain to OREA.
Kam delivered on his promise and then some! We got top dollar on our house inside of following the strategic plan he created for us from start to finish. Set us up with a cleaner and staging that brought our house to a new level for being selling ready.
