Dealt with this realtor as a buyer and it was a terrible experience. The home listed had obvious wood rot and Brayson Verzella let owner accept an offer on a VA loan. He is obviously not an expert in real estate knowing that the home would fail a WDI (wood destroying insect inspection) which is mandatory for a VA loan. They we also 0% interested in any type of repair to correct the issue. The other issue is the dreadfully slow response from him.
