Satisfactory service, but tenants should know their rights. Bennett and Associates, or Team Idaho as they now call themselves were good about giving 24 hours notice or close to when showing our rental to prospective tenants. Their application fee is reasonable and they only require first and deposit. They have a very generous grace period/late fee for rent, due on the 1st, late after the 5th, $5.00/day late fee. Bennett and Assoc - Renting A few years ago, my wife and I rented a house through Bennett and Associates property management. We were a little nervous at first because my credit had a derrogatory mark on it from my younger years. Mark was wonderful to work with - he helped us get approved by allowing us to write a letter of explanation and accomodating us in every poissible way. We would highly recomment this rental company to anyone needing to have property managed or needing to rent a home.
