I am filing this complaint to warn other consumers and to seek resolution for a series of broken promises and deceptive sales practices by Safford-Brown Hyundai (Stafford/Manassas, VA). I have purchased over six Hyundai vehicles from various dealerships, and this has been the worst experience by far. During my purchase, the dealership’s Sales Manager (Naseer), Salesperson (David Menjivar), and General Manager (David Roach) made multiple promises that were not fulfilled. They lied about the year of the car, over charged me. I bought a ***** Cruze they charged me ****** it was 2 yrs ago. They told me it was a 2017, it wasnt. Its been in the shop 3 times. I had to buy a warranty and now I have to drive to ************ to cancel a worthless warranty. Dont go there, they will rip you off.

Service ********** Caviler operation 10/03/2025 2018 Santa FE Sport Brought in for service 8:40zm Service agent recommended transmission flush and wheel alignment. I requested the hatchback be repaired as it will not open. At 1135 advised car repairs were finished. Only go find that the hatchback wasnt fixed. ** *** advised it wasnt done. She had a Tech check the hatchback. He took about ten minutes to diagnose the problem as tailgate lock actuator needs replacement. Cost $708.44.I elected to postpone that repair. my wife and I got a voucher this year[2025] and we traded SUVs , the ad they ran said No money down, upside down or Negative Equity no problem so we bought a new SUV and they passed on the Equity after there ad said they would not do that and they did not tell us that they did that, they kept the total price hid from us and a $36000 SUV cost us $44000, and we trusted them, they took advantage of a couple that is retired and on Disability, stay away from this dealer

I went to lease a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe on Tuesday, 09/23/2025. the finance manager Tim, gave us the quote, which was for 397.00. went into the office to do the paperwork for leasing, the total comes up to 547.00. Run my credit & trying to apologize my refilling my gas. the most uncooperative experience. had to wait 5.30 hours at the location. I haven't heard back from the business for two days.

My car requires repair work at Hyundai. It has been there for more than a month and there still no resolution. I have been promised on multiple times my car would be ready for pickup however still not ready for pickup. This has caused alot of inconvenience as this is my only vehicle that was running. Hyundai also did not offer loaner cars for taking so long to repair my car nor have they kept their word on timely follow-up and repair work. They conviently for them lost the We Owe You paperwork. The funny thing is I asked for a copy of it when I was in store and purchased the car and they said I was not allowed untill I received the finalized paperwork a few days later. Then they lost it and did not want to complete the work that was on it. Eventually after enough persistence and demanding they fixed the problems with the car they sold me. They really did not want to stand behind there vehicles. Would NEVER shop here again. It was a NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!

ZERO STARS. I brought my car in to be serviced at the end of May. They had no loaner cars available so we had to pay for a rental for over a week. I was finally told my car would be ready by end of day. My husband received a call, assuming it was that our car was ready, but instead that their service team crashed my car. All of a sudden they had a loaner available. I have their service guy on camera driving while on his phone and another clip of him disabling my car camera.
