Was told 2 drop off our vehicle at 8am. I called at 3 p.m., and they still hadn't even looked at it
Great Experience
The worst experience i have ever had at any repair facility. I brought my 2016 jeep wrangler to hodges for a hour diagnosis. I arrived at 2pm for my appointment, at 330 they took my jeep back. At 430 I asked if they had an answer to issue. Joe told me they found two shorted out wires to the knock sensors. He told me 1 more hour and a total of 294 and my jeep would be all set. If you're only needing simple service a monkey could do like oil changes and tire rotation, i recommend but anything technical and electrica.l i would suggest another location even after, I gave them a part number they kept my vehichle 5 more days . When advised the vehichle was ready for pick up . Surprise the issue was the part I advised them to change.dont get me started on a loaner vehichle never been to a dealer that didn't have a car available. They lost my business..
