Working with Ann was a fantastic experience!! She is so knowledgeable and helpful and her expertise in helping choose the right insurance plan for our family was invaluable. She was extremely patient and thorough in explaining the plans and I very much enjoyed working with her! I had spoken with another broker and Ann was hands down the better agent. So if you're in the market for insurance--this is the only call you need to make!

I had a fantastic experience at Team Health Insurance, and I highly recommend working with Ann Miller. I was overwhelmed with all the choices I was trying to make and really did not understand what I was doing. She was kind and professional. She laid out my choices and helped me understand which was the best for me. Also, whenever I emailed with a question (which was often) she promptly replied. She made a process that I found very stressful positive!

Ann was amazing at helping me establish what insurance plan would be best for my tricky situation. She was considerate, never rushed us for a decision, and patient, as my circumstances seemed to be ever-changing and required us to go back to seemingly square one at times. She was also impeccably responsive, as she got back to me in the span of hours to a day most of the time, even for questions that I thought would take a while to answer.
