Received a referral from our Dr for home health care for my mother. Received six phone calls after 8:30pm from this company, extremely rude and inappropriate use of hours. Nurse just kept telling us what they DONT do and how she felt my mother needed another hospice company instead of home health. If her DOCTOR thinks she can do home health, then I think the Dr would know what is best. After all of these phone calls from these people and calling us again thinking we were another family, not knowing our names or addresses. Ta... read more
