These crooks tried to take me for $800 knowing full well balance billing is illegal in the state of Florida. It took 3 hours and a supervisor's conference call from my insurance company to get them to back down on this. They need to be shut down
So even though I really didn't want to pay my bill I had received in the mail, Wana explained everything throughly. She helped me with the best attitude, and was very helpful during the whole process. She deserves a raise!
