Then they walk you through each segment realistically pointed out the pros & cons, while gathering your information for your file. I find them to be very hands on & passionate about what they do. My realtor in particular was very steadfast in her duties & she got the job DONE. She went above & beyond, I'm very grateful!
Michael and Andrea kept me up to date and apprised of my home buying process all along the way. Whenever I asked questions they were answered with an educational twist as they believe in providing education whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned buyer. Both of them are very strong negotiators which made me feel further that I was in good hands. Glad to know they had my back.
Michael and Andrea were very helpful and went above the call of duty in the listing and sale of our late Aunt's home. Since we live out of state they were more than willing to meet repair men and make sure things were clean for showings and kept us well informed of how things were going. I would highly recommend them for your buying and selling needs.
Andrea was the most patient realtor ever! She was very informative, and took time to explain the entire process in great detail. Both Michael and Andrea were extremely professional and moved very quickly. What I love the most was that, Andrea made sure to include our entire families wants and needs. She made our experience fun and not stressful and ultimately helped us find the home of our dreams.
Andrea works tirelessly and goes above and beyond to get your house sold for maximum amount your property can demand. She and Michael are thorough patient and informative! I would not trust the sale of my home to anybody else!
