I would not recommend this realtor based on my personal experience. I suggested negotiating with the builder, which ultimately saved me thousands. After my offer was accepted, Brie told me that she and her broker were surprised it had been approved, which made me question her level of experience. During our home tour, she mentioned that she thought the home had two bedrooms, even though the listing indicated otherwise. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Team Hamilton Real Estate! Darlene and Brie are knowledgeable go-getters who sold my condo for a great price in record time even when the market was changing. They are trustworthy and very fair in their business dealings. Totally 5 star!!!

Gratitude times gratitude. Good people get good shout outs. She said, months ago, she would stick with us. She said, in every call, it would be okay. She was angry and frustrated for us.
