Terrible to deal with. Tried to rent through them and all they are concerned with is getting $$! I passed the credit and reference checks without any issues. I wouldn't give them over $5,000 and sign the lease before seeing that the repairs were complete on the home, so they "decided to go with another applicant" because they "weren't sure I was committed" even after waiting weeks for a completion date to sign the contract! Don't waste your time!
