They treated My lawn exactly as they stated they would when i signed up fore the service. They even sent A very nice man named Josh to my home to check on the services i recieved. Plan to continue using Team Green Lawn. Great workers, morals, and all around great Ohio company.
My Husband usually took very good care of the yard work but he recently was deployed to Iraq so we sought out a Lawn Care Service. We cam across Team Green Lawn in the spring of 2012 and will continue to use them, even when my husband returns because the lawn even looks better then when he was treating it (Hopefully he doesn't see this! Ha) Overall a pleasant company to do business with!
I'm thinking the person posting on June 28 is someone who works for this company... I have been to several different websites looking at reviews for this company... ALL BAD! The BBB has 34 negative complaints against them! There is something seriously wrong with this company!
I disagree about your negative review. I use this business, and they have never missed an application, and my yard looks great. As a matter of fact, I can call them if I am having issues, and they will come right out and fix whatever I request, although I have never had to do that. I suspect you are a competitor posting a bad review because they took your customers!
This company has the single worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They missed multiple applications on my lawn and never delivered on promises to make it good. My lawn is worse than ever and I have spent more time trying to get them to make it right than if I just took care of the lawn myself. You should stay as far away from this company as possible. They are awful!!!!!
In attempt to support local business, I retained Team Green Lawn for lawn treatments and weed control in 2010. After 2 applications, my yard was a mess filled with dandelions and other weeds. I cancelled service. This year, 2011, I got a call from Team Green Lawn stating they would like another chance.
