Had so much trouble on Multiple occasions, I live semi rural, couriers will ring all send a MSM asking where to deliver it to a local third party, not Global express Coffs, International and all orders they will just dumb it at a third party address often in the wrong area with no notification, all just won't deliver it and return to sender.
Expensive furniture just left in front of the garage. Have been home all day, last time it was a card saying attempted delivery and again we were home. All because there is a little gate next to the garage and a short walk to the front door. Lazy delivery driver. Not happy, they really shouldn’t be in business by the looks of their star ratings and reviews.
This is my 3rd parcel being delivered by this service. A turtle can do a better job than this mob. I have contacted them twice in 2 days and still get the same thing. It’s out of our hands I don’t think so. If there was half star I wouldn’t put that down may 1/4 star

How do we contact a human no live chat U just wait no reply no tracking updates where's my packages no one seems to know terrible service the drivers nice pity the company wasn't contactable
