Pathetically lazy delivery driver.
How do we contact a human no live chat U just wait no reply no tracking updates where's my packages no one seems to know terrible service the drivers nice pity the company wasn't contactable
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely useless. 21 Days for a delivery. They claim driver attempted delivery. I have cameras on my property and my family has been home. No attempt. Last time I used them, the lazy truck driver didnt even attempt to deliver, we watched him put the collection note is the letter box. We had to drive 50kms to collect from depot. Give them a wide berth.
I have a doorbell camera. My wife is at home. Did not receive the parcel instead they left a "sorry we missed you note" in my mail box. Ihave to wait and go to the hub after 2 days to pick up my parcel. 2nd delivery was smooth though. I guess it just depends on the delivery staff?
I would give less stars if the Customer Relations Online guy wasn't so helpful. This would have to be hands down the worst courier service I have ever experienced. They didn't even get out of the truck they just drove past then stated that my gate was locked, my gate can't lock, then I was told to pick up from a depot but no info was given about where the depot was. Drivers are lazy and don't do their jobs at all.
