This company is absolutely rubbish. For a week I’ve had a package in holding that no one can tell me where it is even though it’s at a warehouse in Canberra, unfortunately in this scenario it’s an important package, for it to be sitting there for a whole week with no one being able to process it, has ruined the opportunity of a surprise birthday present. Do not use this company if you value time, efficiency or professionalism. Stay well away For anything important
Would give less if possible. No contact made, just a message saying that the delivery failed. Ran outside to a van speeding away. Now I have to wait several hours and drive an hour away just to collect. Just go with Auspost. These guys arent worth a cent.
Global Express customer service is abysmal. You just get a bot, then they say they'll call you but you don't know if you can hang up - even though they have your number. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
