Booked my entire day around this delivery, only to check the tracking and see the classic: “Driver attempted delivery.” Attempted? Interesting. I was home all day. Doorbell didn’t ring. No knock. Unless the driver attempted delivery telepathically from the street, I can confidently say no attempt was made. I had the absolute worst experience with Team Global Express. Wouldn’t deliver to door as paid for. Just because we were up 1 flight of stairs they wouldn’t deliver it and dumped it on ground floor to top it off the delivery man yelled shut up at my dog.
Truly terrible in every way - no tracking information sent to the recipient, when I do get the info from the sender the track my parcel is 4 days old, the advice of an attempt to deliver was dishonest - I was in the shop all day and no delivery was attempted. Have no idea where my parcel is and phoning to speak to someone was useless. They could not even provide me with teh local depot address. Avoid this like the plague>
NEVER (!!!!!) use this courier company for precious biological specimens. We sent plasma specimens from critically ill patients collected over months at significant effort by busy hospital staff and cost for an internationally leading scientific study on dry ice from Sydney to Melbourne. Our collaborators were waiting by their phones to receive them and went to the front of their building repeatedly with no contact or sign of the courier.
