Not reliable always 3 days later and zero customer service
Never dealt with a courier company that is so unprofessional. Not only they separate your items for delivery (in my case I received book shelves without the bookcases to put the shelves in) & the cases were in Sydney where I live over 3 hours away! They can’t give you delivery times or when you are to expect your delivery. If you press for answers to your queries or want to speak to management, they hang up on you! Worst parcel people ever avoid them
Laziest parcel deliverers I have ever dealt with. Twice this week, I have been home when they delivered a parcel. They did not knock. But what's worse, instead of leaving in a safe place like my porch, they leave it on top of the letterbox in the street for the world to see. This happened both times. Left 2 complaints on the website with zero response.
