HOWWWWW does it take 4 days to go from one town to the next that’s only 45 mins away from each other while the parcel has paid for PRIORITY all over it!!! I’ll be demanding a refund on that part.
I really wish there were a zero-star option. Basically, every time I shop online and this company delivers, even if I stay home all day, they say they couldn't contact me and I have to pick it up myself. It happens every single time! I'm so curious why this company hasn't been sued yet.
I will never use this company, I hope I can give 0 star, don’t know why this company still exists, should close as soon as possible Every time I use your delivery service, the driver claims that nobody is home and does not deliver the package. However, I was at home all day waiting for the delivery. This keeps happening, and I am extremely disappointed with the service.
terrible company, was forced to have them deliver as i ordered through officeworks. they didn't even bother showing up to fake a sorry we missed you as i was home the entire day. no doubt i'll have to go collect it myself. Not the first time this has happened
