This company is a joke. They left a slip in the mailbox without even attempting to see if anyone was home and left no updates on where my parcel was being held. My partner went to the depot to collect it for me and they told him it’s in another room and to wait 24hrs before picking it up. How hard is it to go to the back and get it?? Also when trying to call them, it goes straight to an AI bot which is supposed to be ‘priority customer service’.
Apparently they improved the customer service system - to make sure you can not reach any human staff! I have been chasing up my parcel for 2 weeks and tried to get hold of someone, all I got was been sent the link to chat to another bot. Also my parcel has 3 co-existing status in their system - delivered, in transit and waiting on instruction. Absolutely ridiculous.
Package spent several days in central NSW on its way to a location near Canberra from Sydney. After two alleged attempts to deliver, someone was home both days but they claimed no safe place to leave package. Clearly no attempt was made to deliver the package. No evidence that the live chat customer service was human as claimed either. Have notified JB HiFi how terrible their chosen courier is and will never use again.
The unhelpful team global express changed the delivery address and delivered the parcel 16kms away from delivery address. Speaking to the support team I was laughed at and told to have a good weekend with no support. Would not recommend.
Call customer service cause I got a text that no one was unable to attend the courier but my partner was there at our apartment. Anyways went to pick it up at there Depot and there was no issues at all. Pretty great customer service from me.
