Same experience as others. Delivered to wrong address and unable to contact anyone. We reached out as soon as the photo of the delivery was recieved and knew instantly it was not our house. Have now been stuffed around all morning and still no answer to where it was was delivered to. Really poor service
I have had no issues with this company, Needed to talk to customer serivce and once i got through in the live chat Elle was super helpful and sorted my request out effortlessly
Absolutely terrible. Not once has team global express actually delivered on time. Even when you pay extra for express. I will not purchase an item online if the seller uses team global express. I hope they go out of business very soon. Never have i seen a business with such a low rating. Unanimously hated by 99% of people who have had the misfortune of having to deal with them.
