I have not yet had a positive experience with this company. Items turn up with badly damaged packaging, they frequently "attempt to deliver" items, with NO evidence that they even tried.... they hold into items for quite a while before delivering.... and I wnd up needing to collect from the depot. I'd choose Australia post any day of the week!
Worst delivery parcel ever! Terrible service I'm home all day all night! phone number on door & door bell. Table at door under cover so driver can leave and not even have to bend down. Tried calling & Chat no answer. Apparently I can pick up at hub. I don't have a car! That's why it's being delivered!! and has authority to leave at door
Absolutely disgraceful...waiting for parcel for 14days now...tracking says 'there is an issue ' but no calls no msgs no communication AVOID this company at all costs.Now lm blocked from tracking as well.. Unbelievable 😡
