I have had no issues with this company, Needed to talk to customer serivce and once i got through in the live chat Elle was super helpful and sorted my request out effortlessly
Absolutely terrible. Not once has team global express actually delivered on time. Even when you pay extra for express. I will not purchase an item online if the seller uses team global express. I hope they go out of business very soon. Never have i seen a business with such a low rating. Unanimously hated by 99% of people who have had the misfortune of having to deal with them.

Delivered to wrong address, if the person had not been honest I would not have received my parcel. Recorded messages when you ring, totally useless.
Spoke to maddie on the phone. Complete lack of responsibility and completely rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional behaviour. I have never experienced this lack of concern. The company should personally investigate Maddie for her verbal behaviour over the phone.
