Delivered to wrong address, if the person had not been honest I would not have received my parcel. Recorded messages when you ring, totally useless.
Spoke to maddie on the phone. Complete lack of responsibility and completely rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional behaviour. I have never experienced this lack of concern. The company should personally investigate Maddie for her verbal behaviour over the phone.

I have not yet had a positive experience with this company. Items turn up with badly damaged packaging, they frequently "attempt to deliver" items, with NO evidence that they even tried.... they hold into items for quite a while before delivering.... and I wnd up needing to collect from the depot. I'd choose Australia post any day of the week!
