This should be zero stars. I had 3 separate parcels being delivered today, which would of came from the Lismore depot. Tracking numbers for all item said parcels were delivered. As we were triple checking my husband noticed 3 parcels at the house across the street. Upon checking, it was discovered to be ours. I called the customer service number and explained the situation. These idiots have left a Brand new TV on the side of the road and the driver took the delivery photo of the mailbox. By the time I got the delivery notification and ran up to my mailbox to check it’s been stolen!! The driver couldn’t be assed to drive an extra 100 meters to the goddamn house !!! The call centre is useless. An offical police report has now been filed
2 weeks late on a delivery... AGAIN !! Just made a second request for next day delivery or some form of contact... Delivery was set for Jan 21... I promised my son he would have the package before school started. Promise broken 💔
