Team Glass installed bullet-resistant glass for the front doors of our building, Fremont Community Church. On February 10th, we discovered a crack. We called contacted them and someone came to inspect it. They determined they could replace the glass but we would have to pay for it, even though we did nothing to cause the crack. This company has done multiple jobs for us now at our corporate office. Larry and the team have always gone above and beyond. Great group of local glaziers I’ve been using for years now.
Team Glass installed the three exterior glass doors on our new building in Scotts Valley, CA. The doors have never worked right and they are unable to fix them. The lock on the front door has fallen apart twice. The doors jammed shut periodically for no reason. They have been unable to fix the problems in four visits. The initial installation was faulty, and now we suspect that the doors are defective as well. If you need doors that work correctly you won't get them at Team Glass.
