We brought our explorer in because it didn't shift right. 1st check we were told nothing wrong. 2nd check they drove for about 1/2 hour, we were told again nothing wrong with the transmission. They said the noise we were hearing was in the front end and it was a $1800 fix. We said we never heard a noise it didn't shift right. We asked about the check engine light, and they didn't check that. We left and went to Sioux City Ford and they fixed our transmission. Very pleasant experience. Very professional folks at Team Ford in Denison. I was impressed.
It took almost three months to fix my car, they gave it to me supposedly fixed. We had to take it back because we tested drive it and didn't feel right. Funny how they thought we wouldnt notice, but they gave it back with the SRT Badge glued with double sided tape, unbelievable. I lost count of how many times I called and went to ask if it was ready because no one called me to let me know.
