This is an extremely professional, friendly well provisioned gym offering great gym services. I’ve been attending this gym for 10 years now and drive across town because it is that good!!!
Team Fitness is the best! Great people in the classes and group fitness sessions and friendly, knowledgeable trainers leading them.
I love this gym! The classes are fun, varied and times to suit all. Nothing pretentious here - just great staff, instructors and PTs offering good guidance, focused and fun exercise.
Friendly, low key, great range of machines with some excellent classes. Delightfully eccentric building!
