BUYERS BEWARE!! I bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado from Team. Got it home washed it at the car wash to find holes in the rocker panel, & the hitch assembly due to hidden rust. Someone had patched the rocker than painted it with chip gaurd, And patched the hitch and put a fresh coat of spray paint on it. Same with the rear fender wheel wells. Regret my purchase everyday. The vehicle i traded was better than the one I bought. Now im stuck with a payment. Was told we could get an extended warranty when we looked at it, after it was all said and done, was told the vehicle doesn't qualify because it was too old. The check engine light came on about 2 weeks after we bought it and has been coming on ever since. Will NEVER buy from here again.
Very bad experience! My husband and I were just there to look at a vehicle and the salesman Jack would not even let him test drive the vehicle nor look inside of it! We simply wanted to test drive the vehicle before starting a pre approval and Jack had told us we would not be able to afford it! Little did he know anything about our credit or income! Then had told us to F off! Very poor customer service!
Bad experience within 30 seconds of pulling into the parking lot to look at a 25k truck. Pulled into the open spot beside the truck, turns out that it is not good Etiquette to do this at this particular business. Instead of the salesman politely asking me to move my truck, he proceeded to stand behind my truck, shake his head and talk smack on me to another customer. Obviously I left and will never return.
my Bf was buying a Truck he test drove yesterday..he applied for financing through his bank connected with the salesman last night the salesman said they would complete everything this morning and when he called ....they sold the truck to someone else! no call or heads up. that's bad biz in my book!

3 months after purchasing a car from Team my car completely shut off on me, sputtered and has a ton of codes coming up. I called to speak with someone about having it serviced and they could care less that they sold a lemon and totally screwed over my husband and I who are already trying to save where we can as we are expecting our first child.
