If you have or want a really nice bike and equally high quality components this is the place to go. Their selection of in stock high performance components was the best i've seen in person. Thomas was super knowledgeable about all of my options and really took the time to educate me on each possible route. I ended up with a bike that's perfect for me and I'll be buying my next bike here for sure too.

Use caution if having a bike shipped from Team Factory Cycles. I ordered a new Scott Ransom 910 that arrived damaged (no front axle end caps, resulting in a cracked frame & scratched stanchions) and because of the minimum coverage the shop included for BikeFlights insurance, I was out a bike and $225. When I asked what could be done about the cost difference, the shop owner said that the excess (shipping/insurance) was non-refundable and I was out of luck. Good service, knowledgeable people, but expremely expensive, charged me $70 to replace one spoke, and align wheel, I usually pay $30 at snider's cycles, but that's what I get for trying a new shop, Snider's is just as good a shop at half the price,
