While they are very knowledgeable about the market we did not feel taken care of throughout the whole process, we felt like a number. Lindsay Baker completely scammed me and my family out of our deposit and then tried to extort and exhorbited amount of money on top of wrongly keeping my deposit. This company does not care about its paying tenants and should be reviewed by the BBB. I intend to file a lawsuit as well as a claim with the better business. If you are a tenant BEWARE!
