These guys are great. They got it all done the same day and they worked so hard in 102° weather, I cannot imagine working in an attic or outside in the backyard. They finished about 10:30 PM and everything working fine. The only complaint I have is that they had to make the hole in my hallway, in the attic to get the furnace to fit, and did not fix it, the hole was left in my hallway with all the wood, and nails etc. so I was left to pay for that to be repaired. Technician was friendly and professional. I was totally unaware that my new HVAC had a cut off switch that shut the system off when the condensation line got stopped up (old system did not have that). He explained how it works and cleared the line quickly. Good job!

Both of the techs we're exceptional. The whole effort came out as minimally invasive. Inside or outside, we barely even noticed their presence. They actually completed their efforts sooner than they had expected. When they finished up , it was like they were never there. They're professional attitude and mechanical ability made it a pleasure. Courtesy and skill, it just doesn't get any better than that. THANKS !!!

Please, please get a second quote if the insist on ripping up your brick. Wasted $300 on a quote from them with add’l for a camera (never saw any photos). Was told the leak was most likely in the drain pipe and they would need to cut open the brick. Never looked under the sink inside the house. Called an experienced plumber for a second opinion, who looked under the sink and found the wet area and he was able to fix it from the inside for less than half the price Team Enoch quoted (and actually fixed it for the quote price o... read more

It’s been almost 6 weeks now for my new AC coil complaint.. Some one come and look and told manufacturer complain.. I was tired to call them and keep on begging for portable AC and fix my AC unit… we can’t tolerate this hot especially with little kids … when we call them replied like still waiting for the response from manufacturer… How long I need to tolerate this hot and fixing the issue.. am fed up with this company… My personal opinion I didn’t feel any one responsible… If someone read this resolve my issue ASAP… Thank y... read more
