No service after the sale! My HOA needs follow up on inspection from the city of Dallas and pictures showing roof penetrations sealed properly. Cannot get a response and just a bunch of AI generated calls on Hold! Frustrating!!

Enoch and their service tech Greg always do a fabulous job. We have had them come out twice this year to work on our two AC units. Both times they were extremely professional and fixed the issues we had with the AC. They never try to oversell us on unnecessary service. Prices are extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical company.

Updated review: Team Enoch installed my unit July 2025. I've been having problems every since. Every time they someone out its a different story. I was told oh ur unit is fine then oh you have contaminated feon from the install. Mind you I was told that just a month ago. I'm baffled, how was this discovered now. As of today I've been waiting on a call back for a week. Hopefully we can get this resolved
