This review could possibly change depending on the call i get. I was working with Team Enoch on getting my ac replaced. We had an estimate and applied through the estimate link for financing. I won't lie we were denied a few times due to some credit repair we are currently undergoing. We were eventually approved to cover the $8480 for the AC with a little wiggle room. I in the past have posted 5 star reviews for Enoch. No now , while out of town I noticed the temperature in our home at 82 Enoch did a complete AC new unit a couple years ago however every time we leave the home for awhile the AC goes down this happened again today and has happened twice before returning from being away. We called the 24/7 line and left info from Peurto Rico No return call. At about noon we left the house as it was too hot to stay in it. I once again called and got the “ answering service. This company by far has the worst communication. I purchased a brand new system with them and it broke. They sent someone out and said I needed new parts to fix it and since it was still under warranty they will handle everything. Haven't heard from anyone since and it's been a week in the middle of Texas with 90 degree weather. No one knows what's going on when I call and no one can seem to give me a status update on getting my brand new A/C fixed. I needed a kitchen faucet replacement, but the one I ordered was the wrong type. Team Enoch’s technician, Merick Renteria, discovered the correct one and promptly ordered it for me through my Amazon account. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived too late in the day to be compatible with my second service appointment.
