We had a full HVAC system installed by this company less than 18 months ago. This is now the second time the condensate drain has leaked, resulting in over $1,000 in drywall damage. It has failed in two different areas, indicating extremely poor workmanship.

Tech Chris was excellent. It was a very thorough ac and furnace maintenance service. He answered our questions and suggested a few improvements but was not pushy at all. I hope we have him again next service call.

Team Enoch was excellent when called to diagnose and repair my AC system which wasn't producing cold air. Obviously we're in Texas, temperatures are warming up (despite only being March), and I've got a four-month-old baby - so having a baking hot house isn't an option for us. Our technician Casey was very quick to diagnose the failed capacitor that needed replacing and got our system working again flawlessly.
