Broke 3 times in the first year, they won't put in a unit that works. They keep fixing this "lemon" they oversold me on. Even when it worked, it ran constantly, costing me hundreds extra every month, and cannot even cool the house at the heat of the day. Now it is completely broken, I wait in a swelteringly hot house for them to hopefully fix it. "Soon" This review will stay until they do the right thing and put in a new unit that works.
The work was great done with high quality. And the price was unbeatable. I recommend them for any electrical work.
HVAC guys came and installed the units. I thought all the electrical was included with the quote, but it wasn't. Thought everything would be working that day, but it wasn't. Trying g to talk to someone to get them out to get everything working and can't. If something doesn't happen happen quick, I'm not going to be happy. I'm going to be less happy. Questions were not asked by team enoch to determine what was needed to complete the job. Not a good way to do business.
I had a problem with inadequate cooling and called Enoch in the late afternoon. They sent a tech (Diego) out the following day, who diagnosed and took care of the problem rapidly and efficiently. Over the years, I have used Enoch for a variety of different services and have always been satisfied with their performance. They will continue to be my go-to place for all HVAC related issues.
Zack diagnosed problems with my A/C unit after it stopped cooling the house. He was polite , professional and thorough. Five stars for Zack!
