20x30 estimate was $1360. Used laser and grade rod to prep. We did math twice and they did math once. Everyone got same. Ordered 1/2yd extra to be safe. Came up a yard short. Had to order another 1 1/2yds. Second truck came super wet. Now I have a big section that looks totally different. Total came to $1996. $600 more than estimate. Then they charged me twice! Had to call and get them to refund the second charge, hope it's refunded fast. What a mess!

We had Team Elmer's pour 3xs in the last 16 years. Our 40x 80 pole barn with in floor heat. And a few years ago, our patio and a few disc golf tee pads. We had the concrete tinted a mocha color. We decided to add on to the patio this year. I called around, and Elmer's had the best price and the most info. We went with them again and were not disappointed! The driver did a great job with the unloading and was super helpful.

Gave me a quote on pouring a new patio then ghosted me. After I couldn’t reach the guy who came out to my house I contacted them through their website. They asked for his name and said they’d get back to me. Nope. I guess ultimately I’m ok with it. If they’re that irresponsible just coordinating a job I’m probably glad not to have them tearing up my yard and leaving me inconvenienced for a prolonged period. I had someone else do the work. Obviously would not recommend.
