Very pleased with the communication of the team and quality of the job. I was worried that my little driveway wouldn’t get the attention it deserved from such a large company but price was competitive and service was excellent!
I just dropped off a load of concrete and brick to be recycled at Elmer's. I have to say, I was blown away by the customer service. You would expect gruff tradesmen. Instead, I was greeted by Rose at the front desk and on the phone with the utmost professionalism. Team Elmer's is top notch when it comes to customer service. I had a clogged storm drain somewhere under our parking lot. Sam Cope went out of his way to come and problem solve our situation. Professional, timely and just an honest guy. Thanks again Sam!
