CJ is the best chiropractor in San Diego. His knowledge of the human body, its movement patterns, imbalances, and causes of injury are second to none. I had a knee injury - sprained MCL - and he didn’t just focus on the injured area but my entire kinetic chain to get down to the source of the injury. He cracked me up nice and good, I felt like a realigned man walking out of his office. CJ is great!
CJ is a professional and heals empathetically. I’ve been to chiropractors before who pump out patients transactionally - CJ is the opposite and treats each patient with time, care, and alters his treatment to the need of each individual. I’ve told CJ more than once that I often leave his sessions with clearer vision as a result of his treatment! He is great at what he does! Highly recommended
CJ and Team Elite are Outstanding! I started seeing C.J. due to chronic tendonitis in both my elbows and an injured shoulder. CJ not only adjusted me, he also gave me some effective rehab exercises that strengthened my shoulder. I’ve fully recovered and still go to get a tune-up every two weeks. I’m 61 years old and lift weights in the gym 5-6 days a week. Thanks to C.J., I’m now pain-free and able to train hard again. Whether you have an injury or just need a tune-up due to nagging pain. He’s able to fix it!
