As a retired Chrysler employee this dealership was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I did report the issues to Chrysler but unless the Team One corporate did some house cleaning I would avoid.
Bought used ram was told they did oil change took it to valaline and was told team dodge put over 7 quarts of oil in an engine that requires 5.9 quarts .when dealer charges 110 dollars for oil change they should get it right.
I am not a person that often writes a review, but when I leave a place smiling after having service work on my 2020 Ram Limited done in a timely and professional manner. I will take the time to do so. From my first interaction with Geremy Reichert Service Advisor to the shuttle driver / Team ambassador that gave me a ride home and back to pick my truck up it was a great experience.
