Gets the job done! Went for a quick cleaning bcuz my dentist was overbooked. Jayden at front desk was so helpful and the lady who cleaned my teeth made it quick and painless my teeth feel clean
At first I liked this dentist. I could walk to them and they had weekend appointments. Then I started receiving random ambiguous invoices stating I owed over $500 dating back 2023. I called the nunber on the invoice and the person was not able to help. Said to call back. I sent an email asking for an explanation. No reply. I started to realize that every time me and my kids went for a 6 month cleaning, they are doing xrays. Like why? Every 6 months?! I've never had a dentist do that before. Visited Team Dental on March 20th for a cleaning and exam. Ultimately, they told me I needed a new crown and to replace a crown which I scheduled for the following week. I also paid a deposit for half the amount I was quoted for the entire procedure. When I arrived the following week for the procedure, there was a number of miscommunications between the techs and dentist to me, including giving me a new quote for double the amount I was told the previous week. I went to this dentist March 31st, 2025. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance for cleaning and two wisdom teeth extraction. When Dr Cheng cleaned my teeth it was fine up until it was time for my extraction. First she was yanking on my teeth which caused soooo much pressure. I was extremely uncomfortable. Dr. Baker is the best.. I spent years being hopeless toward the dental Industry. He has the calm, comforting demeanor needed for me to continue on my path to oral health.
