Jim & Deb are great to work with. They took the time to set our expectations clearly, but also took into account the things we wanted to accomplish with the sale. Communication is a strength for them as they keep regularly in touch all throughout the process. They coordinated a lot of the details directly such as required repairs and working directly with the contractor to get accomplished. At no time did I feel overwhelmed or unclear about the sale process with Jim & Deb helping to ease the way.
