Went there over a year ago but the interaction still haunts me. First off when I called to make the appointment a woman answered the phone just saying hello in a short rude tone. No mentioning of the business name or anything. I thought I had the wrong number until I asked if this was team DDS. Fast forward to my appointment. The older receptionist is so mean and rude. Be careful! If you complain that an employee has given you bad customer service and upset you without raising your voice, being rude, or cussing they might still kick you out of their practice and not tell to you until you call needing an appointment. Buyer be aware.
I’ve had 2 appointments so far and I have to say I thought I loved my last dentist, who was very kind but closed, but I love this office. I can tell just be the 2 apts I’ve had that she is very thorough and I really appreciate that. I’ve had 3 moments in those 2 visits that I actually thought to myself “wow I’ve never had a dentist do that, so I know they were being lazy at the other places” and know instantly that not only she goes above but that she actually wants to do a good job. This place isn’t very good they won’t answer the phone and they won’t ever call you back or if you’re trying to get your dental records they won’t give them to you or send them to the place it needs to be sent too I have waited for almost a year now for them to send records and they ignore you
