I waited 3 weeks for my appointment .It was for 10 oclock to 11 thats what my conformation text said.It takes us 30 min to get there Got there at quater to 10 was handed paper work to fill out at 11 0clock I still wasnt seen . my ride had to go to work and it was another half hour home.They texted me at 11 :15 saying it was my turn.I told her we couldnt wait any more .She came back and said my visit wasnt till 10:30 and she had me come in at 10 for the paperwork regardless if that was the case I still waited 45 minutes at th... read more

My grandmother had a set appointment for 10 am, showed up 30 minutes early to do whatever paper work they may have had for her. She sat waiting for her appointment time, 10 passes, and waits, 11:15 she says something to the front desk lady.
