Hands down, we picked the best realtor in the area for sure. Wow! What a worker Steve Darmody and his team are. I have never seen anyone work harder for us. Very detailed and efficiate. When we had a question, he was on it, and believe me we “bugged" him a lot. Friendly, caring and personable as well. You can tell he loves his job. We have bought 4 properties with him and couldn’t be happier. If you want a detailed person who will go the extra mile for you and get the job done, this is the man.
It is so important to have a wonderful realtor when looking to buy home. But it is just as essential is when trying to sell property. Team Darmody was knowledgeable and helpful from setting prices, to clarifying property improvements that would make it more sellable, and dealing with the multiple showings and offers. I highly recommend them for their expertise, efficiency, and friendliness.
Steve made it possible for us to purchase a home far from where we live. He was very quick to video properties we expressed an interest in, showing the neighborhoods, outsides and insides of multiple homes. His comments and attention to details were very helpful--he was our eyes and ears! Very helpful and personable!
