I rented from Burt Nelson for 3 yrs..This landlord was far the best I had in Cookeville..they stay on top of things and work with you!! Also, a huge kudos to Celeste in the office!! She is always there with a smile and will help any way she can! So, if you want a nice place to live, consider Nelson Properties..slumlords they are NOT!!
