I would love to give Team a 5 star rating because I really enjoyed working with Joe who was Team’s remodeling contractor for my new garage. Unfortunately, I am unable to give this rating because the siding crew for my home and garage seemed to be a new crew with less experience. They should have had more supervision. The siding crew took longer than usual, had problems with the window wraps, covered up poor workmanship with caulking, did not always do quality detailed work and did not always cleanup well. Bobby and his team at Team Construction are great to work with! As a real estate professional, I help our team and clients get estimates and quotes for work that needs to be done on a home their are selling or that they may be looking to purchase. These can have very quick turn around times. Bobby's quick response and willingness to get out and look at the projects makes things go so smoothly for our clients.
Team Construction replaced a few windows, replaced gutters, and put up a new deck for me. They were great! They were always in touch to let me know when they would be working in my yard. Always cleaned up. We have lots of foster dogs, so keeping the yard free of nails and dangerous things is important. The quote was accurate. The deck is amazing! So solid. Joe & Jeff came by often to check up on the work that the guys did. This is our 2nd time using them for projects. Very, very pleased.
Jeff and the group at Team Construction were so great to work with. From the beginning and throughout our siding project, communication was amazing and the quality of work surpassed our expectations. Would definitely recommend working with them.
