Dave and Ayesha are the best!!!! My husband and I loved Dave from the moment we met him. He was so thorough, helpful, and just a nice person. After our first deal fell through and we had already moved out of state, team Chubb went over and beyond. They found us new buyers quickly and handled everything for us since we were no longer in Florida. They are amazing and we are forever thankful for them!

Dave is a pro’s pro. I’ve worked with several real estate agents over the years, and Dave rises to the top. His advice on listing was spot-on, his execution flawless. Had a cash offer over asking before we even had a chance to put up the for sale sign. Super easy to work with, always responsive (and proactive in communication), and he just knows his stuff. I wish I wasn’t leaving Florida- as I’d love to have Team Chubb as my agent in my future real estate transactions!
