Team Chris & Chris (and Sam) are rock stars of real estate! About 10 years ago we were ready to downsize and they helped us sell our home in Wicker Park and buy a condo in the same neighborhood. Now they helped us sell that condo and lease an apartment in the South Loop. In every case they have gone above and beyond to get us amazing results. My advice is to work with this team and take all of their suggestions. You'll be glad you did!
I have worked with Team Chris & Chris as both a seller and buyer, and I wouldn't trust anyone else as my realtors in the Chicago area. In this extremely competitive market, it can be a very stressful process. They will guide you through every step of the way and they have a great team (lenders, lawyers, home inspectors). Plus, they are just lovely people! I would recommend them to all my friends and trust that I am putting my friends in the best hands.
