To the young guys working there: learn how to respect any and all customers walking into your establishment. I don’t care if you’re just the boy who pulls the cars up all day, the mechanics in the back, the service agents talking directly to customers, or the service manager and director—you need to show some common curtesy. I must share I had the best experience with customer service rep, Maverick. From the moment I brought my car in and throughout the process, he was so professional, courteous and explained to me in detail about my situation with the car in a way someone like me, who is not well versed with the mechanics world, could understand! Team Chevy is very fortunate to have Maverick as part of their team! Awesome job!
