Service personnel are friendly and informative, however, I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised by your service representative that it was recommended that I have my front and rear differential serviced which I agreed to. We kind of went in blindly, only knowing we wanted to purchase a toyota and knowing we need to shop around. We told Court Cook that we were open to basically any suv, new/used. We talked about the Rav4, just knowing some of our friends/family had experience with them. But court pulled up a grand highlander and took us for a test drive.
