I drop my car off to get some body work they said it would be done in a week so I called to check on it and he lied to me several times saying it was in the shop and it will be done by Friday, so I’ll swing by Friday afternoon and check it out they literally haven’t moved my car it’s been sitting in the same spot for a week with no work done to it
Very dissatisfied, although there were a couple staff members that tried to make thing right. Misled repeatedly by manager on timeline of repairs. Given the run around on rental car reimbursement. New manager later did make that right, so hopefully things have improved. Now 9 months after the service, Team Chevy is questioning payment of initial insurance check. Vehicle would not have been released without full payment and have all documentation to show that was made.
