The guy in the service department was a complete jerk. Very unprofessional and shouldn’t have a job working with the public. Don’t buy from here or have your car sent here for service.
They care about customer service and Wil make it right within reason.
Team Chevrolet, had my car for one month and five days. It was a brand spanking new car and we have had nothing but trouble with it. The doors have had to be adjusted 3 times. The door latch, on the back, Stuck in lock position. since there is no roadside assistance in this area, my grandchildren were forced to hold the door closed while I drove to the dealership. I bought my car here and mike robinson is amazing. I've had it for about a year now and Everytime i have a question he always responds back asap!. I hit a deer about a month ago and now needed transmission repairs and i was so confused on what the service techs were explaining to me, so i messaged mike and within minutes he called and explained everything and said he would handle all of the calls and details. Thank you so much man. You are very good at your job. Ill be dealing with you for a long time to come!!
We let me say I have bought cars there in the past with no problems but when I was looking for a car for my daughter they quoted me 17000 for the same car I bought at Staffelinos for 11000 then I went there to get my oil changed the girl on the phone quoted me 29.99 when I got to the dealership and the oil change was done it was 49.99 I was told tough luck because the girl quoted me the wrong price .....
