This dealership hands down deserves more than 5 stars! My mom took my 07 Chevy Malibu (before I totaled it) to get recalls fixed. Mike and my mom started talking and he added me on Facebook. When I totaled my Malibu, I reached out to mike to see what he could get me in at a decent payment a month and not to high of insurance. He did just that and SO much more. They work around your schedule but when they a time for the appointment i depend on that time. Only car we have and we also have someone we pick up from work at 4 and another one that has to be at work by 5 and we sit here just waiting for them to take our car and we do not even get in the shop even close to the appointment time.... Disappointed on timing now one will be late for work ans other will be sitting around waiting for us to get a two hour job done on the car that they were suppose to take in 1 1/2 ago.......
I recently brought my vehicle in to be serviced. They didn't have the parts necessary to do a break job so they kept my vehicle over the weekend without offering a loaner. Upon picking my vehicle up on Monday I found that over 1300 dollars of my personal items were missing from my vehicle. No sign of forced entry and they even said that the truck was in the garage the whole weekend. To me this points to an employee of the company stealing from my truck.
