Very respectful, and nice to work with! Warranty on vehicles is next to none and peace of mind. Recommend for sure!
Our car broke down while on vacation 😩. This was the closest dealership so gave them a call and they immediately stepped up to help. They gave us the information for getting a tow covered, contacted our warranty for us and kept in contact the whole time. They also offered to help get a rental but we already had one through our warranty. We did have to leave the truck and will be picking it up soon! Great staff and service so far!!
Would put 0 if possible, bought a car from there 5 months later it was there for service, was told there was no rust and got under it and the entire bottom was only rust. Also got a truck from there, brand new 0 miles it was back in for service. The car was in for service in July 2024 and the truck was in March 2025. Paid cash for both with signed receipts. I blew a tire on the highway between Germfast and Manistique which resulted on using a donut tire.We went to Team Chevy to ask if they could fix the tire.Not only did the gentleman fix the tire immediately but also put it on the vehicle.I want to thank him for his kindness.
I’ve been to this dealership quite a few times and despite even on rare occasions having problems, Greg has always made it right he’s always went above and beyond for me and they’ve always done the right thing if something was messed up on their end to make it right. You won’t find very many dealerships like this one, they’ve actually installed an engine for me a while ago and they did a phenomenal job. The owner is a very Levelheaded reasonable person
