RecommendedWe had a great experience with Kelly Musgrove. He was patient and had great advice as we looked for our first home. We also used a VA loan which has its own hurdles. We found the house we wanted and he advised us on the best options for an offer that would be accepted. The first house we put an offer on was accepted and we're now proud home owners. I just bought a house in Oregon. Susie Biggs was my agent. She was very helpful taking me around to look at all the houses I wanted to see(11).. They sold our place in Sunriver, almost as soon as it was listed. Those buyers backed out because they didn't understand that the onerous HOA dues didn't cover all that they thought (or should!) cover. So Team Birtola SOLD the place again in just a few days!
